In recent years, the population has a rapid growth  in the Beitun District of Taichung. High-rise buildings are springing along Chongde Road . New communities are formed. There is a strong demand for the set- up of schools for primary education.  On the other hand, our government advocates the policy " Small class and small school" for primary education.  Consequently,  Jenmei  is founded to relieve the pressure of class expansion from nearby primary schools.  It's establishment not only meet the expectation of the community but also fulfills the  policy of our government.  Jenmei will be  the center point from which parents, teachers, and community members can guide and direct the goals of our students to achieve high educational standards in order to become contributing members of the 21st Century.
